We are located at Beech Mountain, North
Carolina, in the Northwestern part of the state. We are 30 minutes from
Boone, NC; 2 1/2 hours from Asheville, NC; 2 1/2 hours from Charlotte, NC;
and 1 hour from Johnson City, TN. Getting here is easy, call us and we'll
send you a map and written directions. Be careful when you're driving up, we
have snow on the road, but no traffic lights.

2008 Summer/2009 Winter Rates per night:
Weekdays Sun.-Thur. $ 225.00
Holidays/Weekends Fri.-Sat. $ 280.00
Week 7 Nights $1700.00
Sorry!! We cannot split weekend nights.
13% tax, cleaning charge of $65.00
Security Deposit of $200.00-$500.00

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation by Guest. Guest shall receive a refund of all
payment made by Guest, less an administrative fee of $50.00 if the premises
are re-rented on the terms set. If the Premises are not re-rented on terms
set, Guest will not be entitled to a refund of any rent payment made
hereunder. "No Shows" and "unpaid Balances" will forfeit all deposits and
reservation rights effective 11:00 am the day following schedule date,
unless paid in full. In the event of reservation date changes with Owner
approval only and in the same unit, a 20% fee will be charged. Cancellation
of a changed date or further changes will forfeit total deposit. There shall
be no refund of unused days in the event of early departure.
